You will need your Moshtix ticket to gain entry to the site. Please have ready either a digital ticket on your mobile OR bring along a print out. If you have pre-purchased a Hamper, please have your Hope Estate invoice as well as your Moshtix ticket


Wear what you like, remembering it is an outdoor event on a grassy hill amphitheatre, and we are at the mercy of mother nature. Heels and grass don’t go well together, so opt for comfy shoes, wedges or boots. Hats, sunscreen, insect repellent (roll on), jumper and rain jackets (no umbrellas) may be suitable depending on the day. But please note, only small bags are permitted, so bring only what you’re happy to carry.


The event will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario (no umbrellas permitted).

As there are large crowds at our events, we ask that all patrons in the general admission lawn area to remain mindful of those around them and be space cautious when reserving areas. We want to ensure that everyone is comfortable and has a great view of the concert.

Patrons are welcome to bring Picnic Rugs or these can be purchased on arrival from a Hope Estate Merch Stand. BYO Chairs are not permitted in the general admission lawn area to ensure the safety and comfort of all patron

vip seating & reserved areas

Purchase a VIP Sip Happens Lounge Ticket or VIP The Club Deck ticket to access reserved areas at the festival. Depending on the ticket you choose, you will enjoy private bars, great views, VIP Dining areas, a VIP Dinner (The Club Deck ticket only) and VIP Bathrooms!

box office
The onsite box offices will operate on the day of the event only. the main box office is located near the main entry gate to the festival, adjacent to the general public car park off Broke Rd. The secondary onsite box office, available for bus patrons only, is located near the entry gate inside the bus parking area.

Large crowds are expected on the day, so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to PRE-purchase, download/PRINT their tickets in advance from Moshtix.


Hope Estate is a CASH ONLY Venue. All bars and food stalls are cash only and will not have EFTPOS facilities. It is recommended that you come prepared with enough cash for your needs for the entire festival. ATM facilities will be located near the main bar and food court.


Food trucks, catering vendors and food stalls will be available onsite selling a variety of food. Our food offerings cater for people with special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten free & vegan. The event is a fully catered event and so BYO food or beverages are not permitted and will be enforced by security at entry gates.

Patrons are welcome to bring ONE empty CLEAR PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE each. Refilling water stations are locations throughout the festival. Water bottles are also available for purchase inside the festival.

bars & rsa

Hope Estate is a licensed venue and Photo ID will be required to purchase and consume alcohol. Patrons are unable to take bottles of wine from the site at the end of the night whether opened or sealed. In accordance with our liquor licensing obligations responsible service of alcohol will be enforced on the evening. Hope Estate has a legal and moral obligation to ensure that patrons deemed by service staff to be intoxicated are denied further service of alcohol and may be removed from the premises. All bars have to close one hour before the end of the main act.

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue except in the designated smoking areas.

Keeping Safe

Here in the Hunter Valley it can get hot! Add alcohol to the mix and you may find yourself dehydrated. Please remember to drink plenty of water and take up the onsite food offerings from the Food Trucks and stallholders, while attending the concert.

Free water is readily available across the concert site. Sunscreen, Hat, Sunglasses, comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing is highly recommended.


For your safety, security guards, RSA marshals and Police will be onsite. A safety hotline has been set up for patrons to use and the Police command station is centrally located near the main building.
